TLC Live 2026 will take place at the historic Westin Book Cadillac, one of Detroit’s most iconic landmarks.
Originally built in 1924 and later beautifully restored, the Book Cadillac represents something we value deeply in leadership — transformation, resilience, and reinvention.
Located in the heart of downtown Detroit, the hotel offers:

VIP leaders, your journey begins before the conference officially takes flight.
We invite you to join us for an exclusive VIP Welcome Reception on Thursday evening, a Black Tie Affair designed to bring our VIP attendees together in a more intimate setting before the main event begins.
This evening is an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders, begin building relationships, and step into the TLC Live experience with intention.
If you are attending as a VIP, we recommend arriving in Detroit by Thursday afternoon so you can join us for this special gathering.

TLC Live is intentionally designed as a two-day leadership experience that helps school leaders reset their leadership mindset, strengthen their leadership capacity, and leave with practical strategies they can immediately implement.
Each day focuses on one of the core leadership frameworks used inside Principal Patterson Leadership Services.

VIP attendees are invited to an exclusive networking evening designed to foster early connections and build community before the main event begins.

Day one focuses on helping school leaders reset their leadership mindset and reconnect with the type of leader they want to be.
The sessions throughout the day will center on the CLEAR Framework, which strengthens the internal and relational side of leadership.
Focus: The S³ Framework
SATURDAY, June 20, 2026
🕠 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The final day focuses on turning insight into action through the S³ Framework.
This is where leaders begin to translate what they have learned into practical strategies they can implement in their schools and organizations.
