TLC Live 2026 will take place at the historic Westin Book Cadillac, one of Detroitās most iconic landmarks.
Originally built in 1924 and later beautifully restored, the Book Cadillac represents something we value deeply in leadership ā transformation, resilience, and reinvention.
Located in the heart of downtown Detroit, the hotel offers:

We invite you to join us for an exclusive VIP Welcome Reception on Thursday evening, a Black Tie Affair designed to bring our VIP attendees together in a more intimate setting before the main event begins.
This evening is an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders, begin building relationships, and step into the TLC Live experience with intention.
If you are attending as a VIP, we recommend arriving in Detroit by Thursday afternoon so you can join us for this special gathering.

Black tie or formal attire.
While classic black tuxedos and floor-length gowns are always a wonderful choice, we warmly encourage guests to express their personal style. Deep jewel tones, rich midnight blues, bold burgundies, and other formal colors are absolutely welcome.

TLC Live is intentionally designed as a two-day leadership experience that helps school leaders reset their leadership mindset, strengthen their leadership capacity, and leave with practical strategies they can immediately implement.
Each day focuses on one of the core leadership frameworks used inside Principal Patterson Leadership Services.
