The Leadership Collective Live Terms & Conditions + Media Release 

By registering for TLC Live: Reset, Recharge, and Refine, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

• My registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order.

• All payments are non-refundable. However, I may transfer my registration to another qualified participant with written notice at least 14 days before the event.

2. Cancellations & Transfers

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

• In case of an emergency, I may request to transfer my registration to the next available TLC Live event or apply it toward a future leadership program. Approval is at the discretion of the event organizers.

• If the event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be given the option to receive a credit for a future event or a refund.

3. Event Code of Conduct

• I will not record, distribute, or share event content without prior written approval from Principal Patterson Leadership Services.

4. Liability & Responsibility

• I acknowledge that my participation in TLC Live is voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with travel and attendance.

• The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. Intellectual Property

• All event materials, including slides, handouts, and recorded sessions, are the intellectual property of Principal Patterson Leadership Services and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

6. Media & Video Release

• I grant Principal Patterson Leadership Services and its affiliates the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and capture my likeness, image, voice, and participation during the event.

• I authorize the use of such media for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, online courses, publications, and presentations, without compensation or notification.

• I acknowledge that all media content recorded at TLC Live is the sole property of Principal Patterson Leadership Services, and I waive any rights to review, approve, or request removal of such content.

• If I do not wish to be recorded or photographed, I must submit a written request at least 7 days before the event to [email protected] and make arrangements with event staff upon arrival. However, I understand that avoidance of all recordings cannot be guaranteed in a live event setting.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• My personal information will be used solely for event communications, updates, and related marketing purposes. My information will not be shared or sold to third parties.
